Was a while ago, I remember reading about it, was a sentence where he quickly mentioned it, but they have never released anything official saying "This will deal with smell!" He was talking about the filtration system.
It is crazy though and I think the town realizes it, how Canada works it. You need to have everything built BEFORE all the fine details to appease everyone happens. Bill and Co. have been very open, and if the residents honestly cared as much as it appears now, they had all year to do quick google searches. Heck Bill probably would have given them personal guided tours. Its painfully obvious the company has strived to do everything by the book. I think a couple of coincil members were trying to make it sound like we are the CIA being all secretive and they have no idea what our plans are and about our operation. AND that town needs jobs and Bill could bring 100 jobs in.
They want peace of mind is all, they want to peak inside. And they again are REALLY wanting us to re-zone as Industrial...which I laugh at because we are not a steel plant, we do not make cars. We grow a plant, period. So unless growing potatoes, apples, trees, flowers, etc. is Industrial and not agricultural, I have no idea what is.
