Sure, last time they were late and filed an extension and took their time. The problem is that we lose our OTC Pink - Current status and go into this OTC PINK - Yield sign (warning) which gives the bashers plenty of ammo and scares off new traders.
Another trader was posting they have: Sept 30 + number of holidays in the qtr. Not sure about that.
