From what I am hearing and some interviews I have seen (with what looks like a stubborn neighbor who hates change) They feel we have not been very communicative with them regarding our plans, though Bill has sat before them, shown everybody the overall plan.
But it is a very very small town, those towns where Wal-Mart is THE must go to place, not insulting but it is true, we have all been through those. The old timers are wanting 100% peace of mind, zero smell, zero noise.
The generators will be silent, these are modern generators...not from 1960s. The smell has been addressed by Bill but they want to see it. 'sounds like Novemer 4-5 the town will discuss the open house and if they trust us. I have seen the town meetings, ALL of this was discussed, sounds like they are in the end just wanting to go inside and look, have reassurance and they REALLY want us to ask to be zoned as Industrial. Though it is a plant, we grow it, harvest and sell it. Just like Corn!!! It is an agriculture!!!!
