JUST THINKING! Today the US produces something north of 20,000,000 barrels of oil per day. I know the following number is off, but just consider if there were only one barrel of water being disposed back into salt water wells and potentiall causing environmental problems with drinking water. Now consider that each barrel of that waste water costs the owners about .50 per barrel. (not an uncommon number). Then consider that the waste water is only 20,000,000 barrels per day in the US. That equates to $10,000,000 per day in revenue, per day. Now, with TREATED and POTABLE water, can you consider that the water might be worth $1 per barrel, since it can now be used to feed livestock and water farms, instead of using our precious well water, which also has to be "cleaned" to be usable by the populace. If you can consider that value, then the potential for $20,000,000 per day comes into the picture. That folks equates to over $7,000,000,000 (seven billion) per year, and that's being very conservative in opportunity. I know some wells that produce five barrels of water for each barrel of oil. And some quite higher than that. Do you get the picture? The market is going to be in the tens of billions of dollars, and potentially could reach the 100's of billions of dollars as water becomes more scarce. Cheers
