I guess I could have went ballistic on him. But that is not my style. I think either way the outcome is the same. I sent edward/admin a pm. Said things nicely. Gave me a standard answer I presume.
Just said Dually noted. I am sure it falls on deaf ears. I could never run my business that way. Very sad.
