Listen I know I post a lot of "against the current" posts but I promise you I'm not a basher or short on the stock. To the contrary I am and have been (since Dec 2012) very long on the stock. But I want this board to be better than others and to have a more truth oriented nature about it. So I do not criticize by asking the following, I'm just trying to get to the truth.
How do you know the financials will be audited? I know Al Stone said they are "working to get them done in 2014" but that does not mean that they WILL have them done, just that they're trying to. Also 2014 could mean anytime until 12/31/14. Did more news, update, or statements come out stating they will be out in the next 3 days?
Also I'm a little worried about the lackadaisical attitude towards the millions and millions of shares being given away every week. Currently from the latest TA reports that in this month of September alone there were ~25 million restricted shares given away and that ~10million came off restriction. At current value 10 million shares is worth $850,000. these are huge numbers to overcome when trying to have the price climb.
Maybe these points I've made are insignificant and I'm open to that, just looking for some logical reasoning around it.
