whether that particular *entity* is or isn't .. i think it's important
that all retail understand why a *stock* would be manipulated
one word
MONEY
imo only the naive >> inherently stupid >> or *colluding* entities
don't believe in stock manipulation based on what is now known
via documented facts
for years the OTC was the perfect crime because it was both
poorly watched and heavily manipulated
this would include serial bad actors (as the dolts call them) who
hijacked shells and worked one angle only
but manipulation isn't a one trick pony .. there are multiple entities
in play ..
what one can ask themselves >> specific to PTOI (stock)
does the pps fit the history re: R&D and known DD (which of course
includes the entire history of the co.s I/O)?
one can then ask themselves >> specific to P2O (company)
did the R&D produce a flagship processor that can be sold
to multiple and diverse enterprises?
as a reminder >> P2O set up in the second most stringent state
(NY) and just rec'd in 5 and 10 year permits (not yet even noted
by mgmt) vs their prior permits allocated by NYSDEC
the national co. noted by mgmt via 7.1.14's update >> has decades
of leverage and experience as is noted by the most recent conference schedule
in the last weeks it has become increasingly clear to me that
this entity is so deeply underwater >> that they weren't even
CONfident of doing a CONtrolled *orchestrated* RUN to 50c
probably because that site is a crooked as a dog's hind leg
and they can't CONtroll other *actively working entities* from
entering (MOMO)
entity has worked PTOI (stock) non stop since dolt's settlement
(Jan 2013) >> was halted @ 1.49
that is 20 MONTHS .. of NON STOP resets/compression/shorting
if i'm correct >> the new line in the sand is far lower than 1.50 to 1.65
it used to be from 2011/s *efforts*
quite possibly >> new line in the sand *showing* via l2 (reminder
they show what they want >> when they want) may well be 25c to 35c
