If Buc decides not to appear or have an attorney appear on hi behalf, SFRX legal will present the case to the judge in detail and the judge will most likely enter a judgment against Buc. That becomes a matter of record and is enforceable. If he chooses to appeal, he can, but when a defendant chooses not to appear at trial, it doesn't bode well for an appeal.
I hope he does appear with an attorney because that means he is spending $$ to defend his position. Whether or not a financial judgment is given to SFRX, Buc having to pay for legal representation will make him feel the pain.
