Bronco, while I don't want to shatter anyone's hopes and dreams for a very green Xmas; haven't we been down this road too many times.  If it happens then great but if it doesn't then we wait longer.  I'm tired of these people with all this so-called inside information that comes out and predicts material events but can't qualify the statement other than pointing to a filing.   Belize is especially sensitive based on last years example.  We've all read the filing and it is dangerous to claim a specific week that a Belize milestone will be PR'd.  We're on a public forum that anyone in the world can Google and read.  Do we really want to trump the GOB with predicitons of news.  For all we know the GOB reads from an alias "Belize news this week" and then the GOB purposely puts the news out  weeks away just so nobody gets in trouble since maybe the timeline was originally accurate.  IMO the GOB want to be the ones to announce the news first and then the PR from TECO after the GOB.  Wouldn't that be the least risky way to announce it given what's at stake here.
