today announced corrections to its press release announcing the hiring of Chris Ross that was disseminated on July 21, 2014 (the "Press Release" . In the Press Release, Avigilon Corporation's ("Avigilon" revenue was incorrectly stated as, "$100 million in 2013." We wish to clarify that Avigilon has reported revenues of approximately $100.3 million for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012 and approximately $178 million for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013. Further, we understand that Avigilon does not provide guidance as to its future revenues. The 2014 revenue projection included in the Press Release was inaccurately extrapolated from the revenues Avigilon reported for the fourth quarter of 2013.
