(PINKSHEETS: LNGT) today announced that they have successfully completed their first full Contract Proposal in response to the US Marine Corps' (MARCORSYSCOM) Ocular Interruption (OI) Program. The OI Program, which Laser Energetics has been competing for over the last three years through demonstrations, conferences, invite-only events and testing, is a five-year IDIQ contract with a $49 million value, which is 100% set-aside for small business closing the door on any large businesses from responding. The goal of this procurement is to phase out and replace the currently fielded LA-9/P and Mini Green Laser systems. This order was received from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, another of the now 15 International Countries Foreign Militaries to order Dazer Laser(R) GUARDIANs.
