This strategic move by AMB to meet eligibility standards aimed at improving the information available to investors will provide greater transparency through verification certified by the auditor in preparation to file a registration statement and to qualify the company to up list its shares to a venture stage marketplace such as OTC Market Group's OTCQB. Appalachian Mountain Brewery Announces Purchase of Cask Semi-Automated Canning System

Appalachian Mountain Brewery, Inc. (OTC:HOPS), is pleased to announce it filed its Form-D with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and North Carolina Securities Division. AMB officially began its Preferred B Stock-based offering and already secured significant initial expansion capital as part of an overall funding program. The initial capitalization has allowed the company to make the purchase of additional brewing equipment and a Cask Semi-Automated Canning System ("SAMS", www.cask.com) , which will significantly expand its capacity and allow AMB to offer distribution of four beer styles in cans throughout North Carolina. SAMS is capable of producing a reliable 70 cans per minute or up to 175 cases per hour with multiple can heights of 12 or 16 ounces and is fully scalable for future growth.
