FORT WORTH, TX--(Marketwire - Dec 4, 2012) - A new Firemans Contractors, Inc. ( OTCQB : FRCN ) franchise is opening in Texas, the company announced today. The new business adds to Firemans' growing brand as a model of integrity and reliability in the pavement and parking lot marking and maintenance industry.

Renee Gilmore, chief executive officer of Firemans Contractors, said Jeremy and Melissa Ellis of North, Texas, purchased the franchise for Firemans Station 2, the latest independent entrepreneurs to take advantage of Firemans' relatively low startup cost and reputation for high-quality service.

Jeremy Ellis, a father of two with twelve years of experience owning and operating successful small business ventures, said, "We have been praying for an opportunity like this; it's something we are proud to be a part of.
