Well, Good Morning. First let me say that my thoughts and prayers are for a full recovery for Mr. Diaz. He has endured a lot over the last 10 years. I am sure this is a very trying time for Mr. Diaz and his family. It is not easy to give up your dream. I am very thankful that Mr. Diaz will still be working with WRIT/FRN. His expertise in his field is second to none. If John works as hard at recovering from his health problems as hard as he has worked to make WRIT successful, he will be back up and fully recovered in no time. No matter what you do in life, or how much money you make, you simply can not buy your health. Although this decision was probably extremely hard for Mr. Diaz and his family, it comes down to being a no brainer. Your health is first at all times and all the time. Get well soon Mr. Diaz, and know that your dream is still alive, and you put it in good hands. Gregg
