For those suggesting that this will stir the pot and CEN's lawyers can sort out the mess, I disagree. It is not the responsibility of CEN's counsel to look out for individual investors financial interests. It's Creative Edge's responsibility to look out for the best interest of CEN, which includes the best interest of the shareholders, but that speaks to the shareholders as a whole, not individuals.
This is actually a case where individuals should not be discouraged to speak up and put pressure on the council members. Why? Well as I mentioned in my post yesterday, there is no sympathy for a publicly traded company, it's an entity. When individual common investors get brought into the discussion, the story is personal and real, it provides context.
Lets put this in perspective. You're a small town politician getting 100-150 emails a day, you go into your office and see 1,000 emails from individuals in your mailbox. The strength of this is not in the content of the email, but the mass commitment of common investors to their company and cause. This is not a call for all to reach out to Lakeshore, it is merely some support for why you should not feel bad about sending an email.
