I don't believe that Mr Chabban has threatened anyone in the community. Instead he has since day one been involved with the local government and business community to build a business opportunity to benefit everyone. He has worked closely with everyone involved and has been open and honest with the plan to build the facility(s).
The situation now is that a handful of individuals with unknown motives have shown up and are trying to stop the project. Anyone in the community should be able to voice their concerns and have them addressed by both the company and government.
After reading the letter from Mr Chabban to the shareholders it appears he feels there are people who need to know he's not going to be pushed around.
This will all be resolved, the community will prosper and FITX will make history in the MMJ.
