VERY SERIOUS QUESTION:
When regulations.gov posts the letter from the FAA about Baltia being accepted into Phase III (which I still strongly believe will occur before the shareholder's next meeting on October 10),
"Will you guys change your tune, or will you just find some other thing to complain about?"
In other words.........
"Is Phase III the line in the sand and the turning point for you guys?"
How is that "Off Topic"?
