Funny you say that, I noticed the same and it's been going on for awhile. My thoughts were that it was a new trader(s) and they weren't using limit orders on the OTC which of course is not very smart, very seldom will you get the bid price when selling, obviously it'll be much lower.
For that to happen here and there is probable but to happen as frequent as it's been here is a little suspect!
