I agree with everything in your post. The sad part is those who preached this
as being legit from the start and still refuse to see the light. I love the OTC. I
also despise everything that it breeds and festers within its disturbing market
walls.

There's a reason Fannie and Freddie refuse to up list out of the OTC after
being on it for the last 5 years. They can operate in the dark. They can report
when and what they want without having the SEC looking over every filing
with a fine tooth comb.

Are there legit companies on the OTC? Sure. How many ever start as an idea
and land multi-million or billion dollar deals? Maybe 1 in every life time. I admit
I got caught up in this love story because of the passion many people had
about it. Normally the pumpers disappear after the stock starts to struggle and
the supporters stop posting so frequently when their down 80%. Didn't happen
here.

Also, the guys behind this are very good liars and crooks. Talking to them is
like talking to a military recruiter. You go in skeptical and after 2 hours of
talking in circles they got you signing up for 6 years as an infantry man.

Just have to know the game or the bookies with a player on the payroll to
make the big wins down here. All these claims of DD on OTC companies
comes from the same sources. CEOs and insiders are never a solid DD
source. Never. They will pimp you their wives and daughters if it meant
they could sell another 10 million shares.
