Good day friends….does anyone have a good handle on whether or not Health Canada can withhold license from FITX if Lakeshore hasn't granted zoning? Does HC require zoning approval or a blessing from local authority? I think this is the question that really needs to be answered. I apologize if this has already been addressed, but I haven't seen any real concrete evidence that Lakeshore can hold license up.
