not SEC reporting. Companies like Asher have been doing it from the start
of the OTC.
Asher gets upwards of 80% at times. Also, I have bought a dozen convertible
notes from companies over the last 2 years. All were 60% to market over 10
trading days, average of the lowest 3 days.
So in reality, you can get 90% discounts sometimes.
It's all in the terms of the debt agreement. Loop holes.
Some companies even get away with issuing shares at par value... now that
IMO is a joke.
