That just reminded me of a show I watched last night called Extreme Cheapskates. The guy on the show ended up bringing his first date to a restaurant that gives their patrons chips and salsa when you first sit down, they ate the chips and he told her it was time to go. Then he ended up bringing her on the Staten Island Ferry for a nice romantic boat ride.
That show takes keeping it frugal to a whole new level.
