This was my conspiracy theory, probably one of many. But the professional fees and other BS which occurred, blew out my positive prospect to EWSI. Back in April, before minding 20k into this. Tanke was being over pumped, like 130+ pr's were sent out. It went to 50 cents and diluted to .01s. I came to the conclusion that Tanke, did that, in order to get the 30mil or so to be invested into in EWSI in the form of shares. Now, Something told me, Martin will dilute to almost nothing, getting all the capital needed to build the brand. Ya with me? At the same time, cause the PPS to fall at such a discounted price, that Tanke would hold the majority of the shares. Now, my understanding, that's it's Tanke who would be the company that would hold control it all from China. Making Tanke the superpower co, since they operate I. China and the main focus on ewaste and carbon is the republic and not the US. Including overseas areas like Indian and so forth. Tanke has become less and less in debt. My head keeps scratching, the company would not this close this, I don't think they can. But Tanke has held it's PPS, while EWSI has been floored. For some reason I just can't let go that maybe this is purposely. In order for Tanke to place the investment and hold billions at the rate of .0005's. But since the dilution has kept going, maybe the target price is lower. Martin keeps saying, were on schedule. This was mas thesis in April. But so much has changed, if this was a scheme why would he restructure the financing. Just wanted to post something different then the same old sht... Who knows, only Martin knows. I will email him, he probably hates me by now, lol... Have a good one !!
