p.5 discusses ilmenite -discovered they say valuable iron in 2008 though they used UN or Mexico or USA whatever magnetometer airplane surveys to choose their iron concessions
they say substantial copper and gold will be by product of iron mining on Navial concessions
copper 3.06/lb -- gold 1220/oz --silver ca 17.45/oz - are at relatively recent lows but that doesnt matter when they are byproducts of iron mining
