Further expansion IMO needs to be out of Lakeshore.
The site may be convenient, but this is just the beginning of the fighting. Taxes, profits, transportation, utilities, zoning, employment numbers, etc are all coming.
These people dont deserve CEN money, and we shouldn't pay them taxes just so they can sue over these issues in the future. Just sayin'
Site one, as is, can easily generate the profit to build a site 3 in a location that is more suited for international commerce. Somewhere where the laws could be set BEFORE we invest millions, and where we are welcome.
