Since many people have been making comments like,

For those of you who could not listen to the full 45 minutes of the Lakeshore meeting, there is an interesting piece that no one has mentioned. Towards the end of the meeting, a council member discusses if CEN Biotech's facility would be zoned properly in other neighboring communities.
Comments are made that surrounding municipalities would require this type of facility to be industrial. However, and this is a BIG however, a woman from the municipality speaking to zoning mentions the Lakeshore Ministry of Agriculture believes CEN Biotech has zoned their facility correctly for the town of Lakeshore and no zoning changes should be made. This is clearly mentioned, but can be easily missed if not listening closely.
So why did Bill zone agricultural? Lets put the simple pieces together and throw out that it was clearly discussed with the ministry of agriculture, and was done with their recommendation. It isn't as if council members and his worship were not aware of the ambitious plans 6 months ago. They had an opportunity to speak up if they had major qualms, they claim they were waiting on CEN Biotech to deliver a plan to them.
I get it, this is a grey area, council members do not quite know how to proceed when this crosses the table, but if you have an issue, speak up in February or March and let it be known. If they want Bill to rezone as Industrial, not a problem, he'll do it. The agriculture zoning was clearly not a deceptive move, but likely was based on feedback from the town itself.
Lets not also forget the member of council who suggested they reconsider sending something over to HC at risk of facing legal ramifications. You got it buddy, one of the few smart ones of the bunch. I believe I heard one of them say something along the lines of "if we hold them up, isn't there a possibility they can come back and accuse us of not having our own ducks in a row…?" Correct again, there are no current guidelines that Creative Edge is violating per current Lakeshore policy. As far as the council "we have not done anything wrong" comments go, well you haven't done anything right either. You've done literally virtually nothing. Just because you do not act, does not mean you haven't done anything wrong...
Really makes it look like the town and council are trying to blow smoke at this point. I really don't think they'll follow through, especially if this turns into Lakeshore v. Common Investors instead of Lakeshore v. CEN Biotech/Bill. People have been invested in CEN for months and even years, and although the town of Lakeshore may have 25-50 upset local residents, it's sure better than tens of thousands of angry litigious American investors. Any investors from overseas, take it as a compliment.
I've said enough...
