A toxic waste dump is going to extremes, all I was saying is that I hear that all the time because a neighbor doesn't keep their yard up or vacant house is nearby. The fact of the matter is if you plan on living your life in that home the less tax you pay the better unless your concerned about who gets your property and whats it's worth to them.

The people in Lakeshore complaining should've been complaining a long time ago, prior to the site being revamped and to be honest doesn't look much different other than the chain link fence and barbwire. Grow some vines on the fence to cover it up if you they don't like the looks. They can't complain about losing a view when the building had been there probably for years.

Really doesn't surprise me, I remember a prison that was going up years ago and people who lived somewhat near were whining. As it turns out they now feel safer because of the security and half of them work at the prison!

However it's done makes me no difference, all I care about is that CenBio gets this zoning issue behind them and attains a license so they can get on with business. Time is money and all of those on the city council should know that better than most.........get it done!
