I'm looking at the TD 1mo chart. The A/D shows a 9/23 figure of -15.4M shares and today's figure is positive 25.8M - does that really mean that there has been an accumulation of roughly 40M shares over the course of the day today? If so, is that simply the large/smart money positioning themselves with cheap shares?
