Clearly this has been an issue for some time and is a big concern for investors. Go back to when there were pr's and pics with the mayor welcoming CenBio to town and comments and or a blanket statement being made that zoning was not an issue. Now the mayor states that CenBio has taken a big risk and that there will be winners and losers in this industry, what can an investor conclude when the Mayor is flip flopping.
The recent news paper article indicating that a couple living close by don't like the view and are concerned that their property value will decline, how ignorant is that. They should thank CenBio for the reduction in their taxes. That's always 1 statement that irks myself, my property value is depreciating because of this or that, if your not planning on selling and will live there till you pass then you should thank the entity that had something to do with reducing your taxes.
Unfortunately sometimes you have to get down and dirty and it's nice to see that CenBio is flexing a bit of muscle...............!
As always, good luck to everyone...............!
