This, taking emotion out of the equation and looking at it black and white. Anyone can apply for a HC license, to get the license they need to meet specific guidelines for HC. FITX got all permits in place, the OK to build and its security checks. It is not for HC to hold up a license based on a request by random people. That fight is between the town and the company. As Bill said, they will be grandfathered in through bylaws, you cannot up and suddenly change the towns laws after it already approved it to be a set way.
HC will give the license if FITX meet all regulations, if it is that easy I will write HC right now saying I request you put all MMJ companies on hold. By this logic I alone could bring MMJ to its knees.
Sadly this is all around election year
means unhealthy politics. They are zoned agricultural, that is exactly what that site is for, that is what growing a plant IS.
