Mornin' peeps. I have a question: What is the very first thing a lawyer tells you when you retain them. Answer: Don't say anything, and don't talk to anyone.
The reason: Any and every thing you say, can and will be used against you. For FITX to make this a larger battle right now would not be in their, or our best interest, period.
Now, they could PR about continuing news, progress, etc., but, to speak on the issue of the townspeople at this point would be, in my opinion, pretty dumb. We have a splendid legal team that will deal with these issues, which are really non issues as we know, but, should be left to the professionals to deal with.
The drop in the PPS is painful, yes. But we've been here before, and nothing has changed fundamentally, except for us being much closer to the prize. OTC said long ago to expect a drop in the pps just prior to License, and many agreed with him. Well, here it is and we shouldn't get too distressed about it. Maybe buy more shares if you can, or, just wait it out. Again, nothing fundamental has changed and the charts are now showing that we are at or very near the very bottom range. Perhaps down to the mid to low 4s for a very short period, but I doub't seriously, very seriously, that would be it, and then the climb back up. All JMO GLTA
