The problem with attorneys.
The sudden issues cropping up at the last minute are IMO nothing but arm bending, ;looking for a payoff, legal fees...ohboy for ambulance chasers.....
Rest assured that BC is right at home in this playing field. The right settlements will be made, land purchased, trees planted, you name. Unfortunately this is all a part of doing business.
The bottom line is this....delays cost money......complainers will be placated and attorneys will get paid.....life goes on and FITX will ultimately receive its license from HC
What's this mean for shareholders? Simple, PPS will suffer, shares will be bought up as weak hands fold.
Those that stay in will be the real winners here. Buy on dips where you can. Just watch the CMF if you have any questions on what is going on here. As I have said repeatedly, There will be many twists and turns along the way. This is just one of them.
