My first thought was when I read the letter of concern, How stupid are these people? What the H%^LL , did they not see the fence go up? Did they think this was a school playground. I don't get it?? Now sewer concerns, water. odor. They want the facility to move to another location. Either the people up there are complete idiots or pushing for a political position (election year) I am sure sewer, water , odor ect ext would have been addressed long ago.How could these people expect security without a security fence? I live in the South West, but originally from Jersey where Ortho, J&J, Roche all have security. They just can't all be a bunch of Mo Mos up there
