Mid/low .04 may happen before license depending on how aggressive an effort is made to drive PPS down prior to license. IMO today's market activity is not specifically designed to shake out longs but to manipulate share price down to a point where shares on the open market can be bought on the very cheap. Follow the money...ask yourself this question. Who stands to gain the most by dumping shares prior to license?
Again, Very cheap shares on the open market ....follow the money and watch for Monthly RSI in the 30 range for a bounce although depending on how aggressive the dumping becomes to drive PPS down we could see RSI in the mid to high 30 range on the weekly chart.
All my opinions here. but again, think this through logically and look at the progression on TA.
The picture is pretty clear in my opinion.
