Ms. Meddings fills a new role at WSFS Bank and heads up the "WSFS Winnovation" team, tasked with exploring and implementing non-traditional banking initiatives that provide added value to Customers.

Ms. Meddings has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and has held Director roles in Growth Strategies, Consumer Marketing, Corporate Initiatives and Product Development. She has been part of the leadership teams at MBNA, Chase and most recently Sallie Mae in Newark, Delaware, where she managed the product development for the private student loan business.
