Revolutionary Concepts Forecasts Sales of $80 Mill

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 23, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Revolutionary Concepts Inc., (OTCPINK:REVO), a publicly traded company that develops online mobile video software and remote security communication systems, is forecasting $60 to $80 million in total estimated annual revenues from the residual and ongoing licensing fees and royalties that are projected to be generated from its new global license agreement.

REVO signed a multi-year global licensing contract with a company to commercialize its patented online wireless mobile security alarm services and Smart Toy video technology systems. The Company is planning for major growth and expansion in the rapidly growing multi-billion dollar cloud-based online mobile security alarm services and video gaming industries.

Of the $60 to $80 million in total estimated annual fees projected to be generated from the marketing and exploitation of the patents, the Global Licensee would receive 60% and REVO would receive an estimated 40% of the total, or $24 to $32 million annually. REVO and its Licensee have identified about 80 companies ranging from mid-sized to large alarm services companies, video game and smart phone companies and major internet search engines that may currently be using, or could use its patented technologies. REVO estimates that it could receive an average of up to $1 million or more in royalties and licensing fees from these companies.
