Out fo respect for you and your board, I will withdraw from postig publically. It was not meant to convey concern but when someone says we are being grandfathered in, it is correct to state that is not true in case someone says, hey the town is approving and invests. Do you look out only for the older invested or the ones thinking about investing. They deserve the facts as well. But yes, I see where you are coming from and will respect you. I know you are trying to do the right thing and not many would put in the effort the way you and OTC are to keep things running smootly.
I won't comment on the rest of your post where Bill's name comes into it.
