LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Sep 23, 2014) - Advanced Content Services, Inc. (OTC: ADCS) is pleased to announce that it has finalized a Letter of Intent for SinglePoint, Inc. (OTC: SING) to acquire its stake in GreenStar Payment Solutions, Inc.
The Letter of Intent was signed by all three venture partners recently to affect 100% ownership of GreenStar Payment Solutions, Inc. by SinglePoint.
"We are very pleased with the deal at hand," states ADCS CEO, Thomas Wolff and GreenHouse Payment Solutions, LLC principal, Chris Mills. "We have made tremendous headway as a team the last few months. We've gained national recognition in respected industry publications, and continually add to our terminal accounts base. Once the acquisition is final, we will detail objectives and benefits to shareholders, which also includes an expedited delivery to market for our loyalty card program, and additional synergies in which ADCS will benefit directly from both GreenHouse and GreenStar initiatives while at the same time minimizing capital outlay, toward expedited growth."
The parties involved intend to announce the acquisition as final in the coming days, including a detailed strategy for unified success.
