(VLDI), the leader in cyber security technology that provides secure access, retrieval, transfer, receipt and storage of digital information on wired, wireless and mobile devices and networks over the Internet, today is pleased to announce that it is now working with a new channel partner, a provider of solutions to Telecoms, Mobile Network Operators and direct to consumer and enterprise end users, to bring a fully secure Mobile Messaging App based on Validian's cyber security technology to the market. The Company targets its release in the fourth quarter of 2014.

The forthcoming Validian-enabled Mobile Messaging App will provide the following fully secure features to end users and advertisers:
• Peer-To-Peer (P2P) Social Chat and Instant Messaging
• P2P File Transfer of files of any size or format including pictures, videos and music
• Voice over the Internet
• Storage directly on the mobile device
• Storage, Access and Retrieval on The Cloud
• Advertising Channel from advertisers or advertising aggregators to end users
