Componenta has today received the following notification pursuant to Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act concerning the shares of Componenta Corporation.
”The holding of Oy Högfors-Trading Ab, in which Heikki Lehtonen exercises control, in Componenta Corporation shares and voting rights has fallen below 15% and 10% and the holding of Cabana Trade, in which Heikki Lehtonen exercises control, in Componenta shares and voting rights has fallen below 5%. Holding of Heikki Lehtonen and the companies in which he exercises control in Componenta shares and voting rights in total has fallen below 25%, 20% and 15%.
Changes of the shares are related to the Share Issue, which was resolved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Componenta Corporation on 5 September 2014 and directed to the public and where 53,000,000 new shares in total were subscribed (“Share Issue”).
In accordance with Chapter 9, sectino 5 of the Securities Markets Act, we announce to the Financal Supervisory Authority and Componenta Corporation the following:

The calculation basis for the flagging is the total number of Componenta Corporation shares following the Share Issue. The number of Componenta Corporation registered shares after the share Issue in 97,269,224 shares with 97,269,224 voting rights.”
