It means that potential prox buyers' feedstock was tested in the latter half of 2013...

so there was no rush to address the P2O #3 issues that seem SO DEVASTATING only to the TROLL REALM...

which WILL have no effect on prox sales.

It also does not affect the PO that was issued for the $495K in parts...

which were used wherever P2O needed to use them...

maybe in completing #4 & #5 for sales soon to be announced!

Too bad the SPIN DOCTORING in TROLL circles is so erroneous because of LACK of FACTS & bias toward EXPLANATIONS & CONCLUSIONS that are just plain ridiculous!
