Am I missing something? Where is the Global PR? I believe he did Tweet that was coming after the K was filed? This OTC news provides slightly more news than what the K did.
In addition 6 to 8 months to complete audit and registration. Registration to what? His update makes it sounds like the Q1 will either not be audited or not on time.
Hopefully the Global PR will be after hours or before bell tomorrow.
