IMO JERRY WAS OVERLY CAUTIOUS IN HIS USE OF SAFE HARBOR AND STATEMENTS BECAUSE HE IS A STRAIGHT SHOOTER AND WANTS ALL DISCLOSED CORRECTLY!!

Question, Post #8: I was wondering if you can expand on how Xun Energy plans to finance the start-up capital necessary for the 50% Joint Venture (JV002) and the SPA for the 8,450,000 metric tons of Aviation Jet Fuel FOB Rotterdam (JV003) and if there is any progress on obtaining this financing.
Response, Post #8: The Company developed a business model which was presented to potential financiers. A negotiation process entailed resulting in commitments issued by the financiers subject to conditions being met. The amount of funding the financier is required to commit varies from contract to contract and in all cases is not for the entire 12 or 13 month contract. The financial commitment is usually for the first lift (trial) which may not be indicative of the monthly contract delivery or for one full month delivery of the contract. As disclosed in the 10-K, the Company has financial commitments for JV002 and has financial commitments for 20% of JV003, both subject to conditions that must be met by the Company. Due to confidentiality agreements between the Company and the financiers, we are prohibited from discussing the terms and conditions or the amount of financing. The Company relies on Rule 406 under the Securities Act of 1933 ("Securities Act" and Rule 24b-2 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Exchange Act" , link: http://www.sec.gov/interps/legal/slbcf1r.htm.
