Miguel Cavazos , SIOR, CCIM, Dario Villarreal , SIOR, CCIM, Antonio Cano , SIOR, and John Best, SIOR, are the principals with the firm. Citius Capital specializes in industrial and office brokerage services for end users, investors and developers, including site selection, buyer/tenant representation, construction supervision, marketing services and buy/sell transaction management.
