CLEARWATER, Fla., Sept. 22, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tech Data Corporation (Nasdaq: TECD ) today announced a new distribution agreement with Kanex , a leading provider of innovative Apple and iOS connectivity solutions for homes and businesses worldwide, to provide Kanex products to Tech Data's channel of solution providers throughout the U.S. and Latin America. The announcement follows Tech Data's recent agreement to distribute Kanex solutions in the United Kingdom (UK). The announcement was made in conjunction with Tech Data's Fall Channel Link Conference, taking place this week in Orlando, Florida.
Through the agreement, Tech Data will provide Apple resellers, retailers, carrier stores and small- and medium-sized business (SMB) solution providers with Kanex for Apple and iOS connectivity solutions and KanexPro A/V solutions. Kanex's cutting-edge technology offers reliable products and affordable solutions that complement Apple's comprehensive line of products offered through Tech Data, providing expanded merchandising and solutions bundling option for customers.
