from my post late Sept- he has to put people on his will receive list and emails etc are censored-he does not have any seniority so he may have very limited access to internet

1/3 of his 6 month vacation was over Nov 27 or so

Electronic Messaging (E-mail)

The BOP allows inmates housed at institutions operating the Trust Fund Limited Inmate Computer System (TRULINCS) access to electronic messaging. Electronic messaging through the use of e-mail allows for text only correspondence in a secured manner between inmates and the general public.
