At this point in time... with progress and focus on CFP and the first Rock-Tenn site...
I'd be willing to bet that JBI is not taking "tons of MSW and turning it into spec fuel" regardless of possessing a solid waste permit!
It seems very unlikely that there has been enough SPARE TIME to make such a great stride even IF it were possible (which I doubt)!
IMO wild speculation that is not based on any official JBI announcement CAN ONLY HURT share price and credibility on SMBs because the bashers will RUN with such comments and BURY JBI in added ridicule!
