The company will win a judgement, and should try to collect, using a collection agency. A judgement on ones financial record, if not cleared up, scars you for life. You must constantly try and avoid or hide all income , bank accounts and assets in your name.
Not a fun way to live, and the assets and income of businesses owned may also be attached.
