"Acquisition and Growth of Traffic. Our partnership with Seed Corn, the addition of a full-time content writer to our team to generate unique content and a social-networking presence, and advancements in the development of our site have resulted in significant growth in traffic and overall interest in our website. Some relevant statistics include as of this filing:
-Over six million visitors to Find.com in the second quarter of 2014
-104 unique articles and 79 unique content pages created exclusively for Find.com to date
-Google+ = 1,343 Followers – 4,003 Community Members – 5.6 million page views
-Pinterest = 49 Boards – 6,199 Pins – 755 Followers
- Facebook = 4.3 out of 5 Rating – 3,469 Page Likes
-Twitter = 2,571 Tweets – 895 Followers
-The quarter ending June 30, 2014 marked the first quarter in which Find.com’s revenues exceeded its operating expenses.
Removal of Legacy Google Indexing Penalty. A significant setback identified early in the process was that the Find.com URL was not indexed on Google due to an algorithmic penalty, which dated back to earlier developments with the URL under previous management and developers. As of June 2014, the Company succeeded in getting the penalty lifted and now has over 12,000 Find.com pages indexing on Google. This is a critical accomplishment as it now enables us to implement a search engine optimization (SEO) strategy and removes a barrier to attracting customers, investors and partners."
