December 3, 2012The Supervisory Boardof AkzoNobel is delighted to announce that CEO Ton Büchner will resume hisduties on Friday, December 7, following a full recovery. "On behalf of the Supervisory Board and the Executive Committee wewelcome Ton coming back to the office. It has obviously been a testingtime for all of us but now Ton is back as expected, leading the company forward and returning tobusiness as usual," said KarelVuursteen, Chairman of the Supervisory Board.  Commented CEO TonBüchner: "I am thrilled to return to my post.
